Meet the Doctors

Dr. Christy Mitchell DMD

Dr. Christy Mitchell is from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and also lived in Fairfax, Virginia for 10 years as a child. Dr. Mitchell attended the University of Florida and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology. She enjoyed her learning experience so much she continued her education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry where she received her DMD degree in 2003.

After graduating, Dr. Mitchell practiced in Gainesville, Bradenton and Port Charlotte before purchasing Tiffany Square Dental in 2012. Englewood has become her home and she enjoys giving back to the community in a variety of ways. Dr. Mitchell continually strives to create an office environment where patients and staff feel like family.

Dr. Mitchell has attended classes given by the prestigious Spear Education in Scottsdale, AZ and maintains a membership with the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education as a member of their local chapter, Sharks Tooth Study Club. With a strong desire to excel, Dr. Mitchell has received certification for Implant placement and restoration as well as Botox placement.

Dr. Mitchell’s sensitive approach coupled with her expertise in the field of Dentistry, creates a relaxed atmosphere in addition to exceptional results for her patients. She utilizes the most updated technology in both technique and equipment to provide the highest quality of dental care.

Dr. Mitchell married her husband in 2004 and has two wonderful children and 3 dogs that keep her very busy outside the office. In her spare time she attends her children’s sporting events, enjoys adventurous vacations and activities and stays healthy with a vigorous exercise plan.

Dr. Ron Leader

With more than three decades of experience as a general dentist, Dr. Ron Leader brings a wealth of experience and a patient-centered approach to Tiffany Square Dental. He holds his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University, earned in 1992, and began his practices shortly thereafter in New York and New Jersey — establishing a reputation for excellence and compassionate care.

Over the years, Dr. Leader has developed broad expertise in family and general dentistry, committed to comprehensive dental health for patients of all ages. He is skilled in all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign®, restoring dental implants and providing Botox® and Juvéderm®. His goal is always to deliver minimally invasive treatments that preserve natural tooth structure while achieving outstanding outcomes.

Dr. Leader is recognized for his gentle touch and personal attention. He takes pride in listening carefully to each patient’s goals and concerns, then collaborating to develop a personalized care plan that supports both oral health and confidence.

Dr. Leader recently relocated from New Jersey to Florida and is enthusiastic about providing patients in this area with the same high quality dental care.

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Leader enjoys staying active playing ice hockey, spending time on the golf course, and most of all, being with his family.
